3 ea Egg

      1 tb Butter

      4 ea Bacon slices, crumbled

    1/4 c  Cheddar cheese, shredded

      2 tb Sour cream

      1 tb Chive, snipped

  Mix eggs slightly.  Combine with bacon, cheese,sour cream, and chives
  and cook the same as french omelet.
