1/2 c Olive oil 1/4 c Cider vinegar 1/3 c Basil vinegar 1 tb Black pepper fresh ground 2 tb Romano cheese, grated 1 ea Garlic clove minced 1 tb Chopped chives 2 tb Plain yogurt 1 ts Tabasco sauce Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 1-3 hours. Shake well before pouring over salad.
