2 pounds hawaiian fish cut into 6 equal portions
1/4 cup cilantro coarsely chopped
1 x cilantro sprigs fresh
1 x salt
1 each banana firm, ripe
1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
1/2 cup golden raisins chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon peel grated
1 teaspoon japanese chili spice
 Pat fish with chopped cilantro and saute. Set fish on 6 warm plates; spoon salsa alongside. Add cilantro sprigs and salt to taste.


THAI BANANA SALSA: Peel and halve lengthwise banana. In a nonstick 1-12 inch frying pan over high heat, brown banana well in sesame oil, about 8 minutes. Chop banana. Mix with raisins, cilantro, lemon peel and Japanese chili spice
