Direction and Ingredients
Amount Ingredient Preparation
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup, light
1/2 cup margarine melted
2/3 cups peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups oats, quick cooking can substitute half oats and half crisped rice
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup coconut
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup carob chips
1 x nuts or dried fruits you want to add
 Preheat the oven to 35.  Grease the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish (glass works best).  

In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients and stir well (it should be sort of a paste). Stir in remaining ingredients. Press the mixture into the baking pan.

Bake at 35 for 15 - 2 minutes (until it turns golden brown). Cool completely and cut into bars
