Cook cauliflower in chicken stock until tender. Do not drain. Cool a
bit. Run through blender to desired texture. Set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and saute until limp. Do not

Garnish with buttered bread crumbs. Makes 5 cups.
