Direction and Ingredients
Amount Ingredient Preparation
3/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
2 each eggs separated
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 each bananas over-ripe
1 cup pecans chopped
2 cups flour
 Cream margarine and sugar; add egg yolks (only) and salt.  Add flour and blend. Combine soda with the mashed bananas. Fold in  well-beaten egg whites. Add nuts. 

Pour into 2 small or 1 large greased loaf pans. Bake at 35 degreees for 3 to 4 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
