Amount Ingredient Preparation
1 1/3 cups rice cooked
1 1/3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar substitute
1 each banana ripe, mashed
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
2 each kiwi fruit sliced for garnish
 Cook Rice and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat  until thick and creamy (about 15-2 minutes) stirring frequently.   Remove from heat; Cool. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute. 
Just before serving, fold in banana and whipped cream. Garnish with kiwi slices
