Amount Ingredient Preparation
3/4 pound trout or salmon, whole
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups mixed vegetables sliced
4 slices bacon
 Cover broiler pan rack with foil. Place bed of assorted sliced  vegetables on foil. Lay fish on vegetables and put bacon slices on fish.  

Bake at 425F for 2-3 minutes or until flesh flakes easily with fork. Transport fish and vegetables to platter
