    1/3 c  SUGAR

           Mix and press into bottom
           -and sides of 10" springform
           -pan.
           Bake at 350-degrees for 10
           -minutes. Remove crust from
           -oven
           And place a pan of water in
           -the bottom of the oven.
           CAKE
     32 oz CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and

           -warmed in
           Microwave 2 minutes.
  1 1/4 c  SUGAR

    1/4 c  CORNSTARCH

      5    JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and

           -warmed in
           Microwave 25 seconds.
      1 c  SOUR CREAM

      2 c  APPLE, chopped and peeled

  1 1/2 ts APPLE PIE SPICE (or 1 tsp

           -cinnamon and
    1/2 ts Nutmeg)

    1/2 c  CARAMEL TOPPING (such as ice

           -cream
