chocolate chip pumpkin cookies
1 can pumpkin (15oz)
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
mix these four ingredients
add following
4 cups flour
4 tsb baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda dissolved in 1 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla (vanilla from mexico)
1 bage chocolate chips (12oz)
drop on greased baking sheet.  bake at 375 degrees for 12 min.
remove from sheet and cool
frost w/ cream cheese frosting (home made or store bought will do)
