FILLING:
   4      each          8 oz Phila Brand cream cheese -- room temp
   2      each          16 oz sour cream -- room temp
   6      large         eggs -- room temp
   2      cups          sugar
   1      tablespoon    vanilla
     1/2  tablespoon    cinnamon (my addition)
                        CRUST:
   1 1/3  cups          vanilla wafers -- crushed
     1/4  cup           sugar
     1/2  cup           butter -- melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Combine ingredients for crust and press into
botton of greased 10" springform pan.  Mix the filling ingredients and beat
until well mixed, do not overbeat!  Pour filling mixture in pan.  Bake for 1
hour and 10 minutes.
