  Use recipe for Banana Cake with Chocolate Whipped Cream. Prepare batter as
  directed, except--pout batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch baking
  pan. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake begins to upll away
  from sides of pan and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in
  pan on wire rack. Spread with Banana Frosting, below.
  BANANA FROSTING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine,
  softened 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 large) 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (about 1 pound)
  Cream butter in mixing bowl until fluffy. Stir in banana and lemon juice.
  Gradually beat in sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency.
