5 lb Beef pot roast
1/2 Bell pepper -- mince
4 tb Oil
1 Onion -- mince
2 c Tomato puree

Fancy Mexican Pot Roast-Rub ham strips with garlic and
insert into indentations which have been made with a
sharp knife in the pot roast. Rub roast well with salt
