Amount Ingredient Preparation
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 each eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 2/3 cups nuts chopped
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounces butterscotch chips
2 cups bananas mashed
 Preheat oven to 35.

Mix all DRY ingredients EXCEPT THE sugar and set aside.

Cream together butter and sugar until creamy.

Add eggs and bananas. Gradually add flour mixture alternating with milk.

Mix until well blended.

Stir in butterscotch morsels and the chopped nuts.

Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake 6-7 minutes.

If you'd prefer making 4 small loaves, bake 5 min. at 35.

Cool 14 min. and remove from pans or morsels will stick.
