2 c Flaked, Cooked Salmon 2 c Mashed Potatoes 1 1/2 ts Anchovy Paste 1/8 ts Pepper 1 Egg, Beaten 1 tb Parsley, Minced 1 t Lemon Juice Worcestershire Sauce Combine the ingredients. Mix well. Chill and the shape croquettes. Bread and allow to dry for at least one hour. Deep fry 2 to 4 minutes, drain and allow to dry on a paper towel.
