2 cups basmati rice brown
4 cups water
1/3 pound mushrooms chopped
1/2 each green bell pepper diced
1/2 each red bell pepper diced
1 each onion chopped
2 each plum tomatoes chopped
1 x salt to taste
 Throw everything in a pot, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes until the rice is cooked.
