Amount Ingredient Preparation
3/4 pounds meat ground
1 each onion finely chopped
4 each garlic cloves, chopped
1 x chile peppers to taste, ground
3 tablespoons cumin ground
1 teaspoon oregano
15 ounces tomatoes can, diced, undrained
10 ounces tomatoes ro-tel, can, undrained
1 each beer can
1 x salt to taste
 Brown the meat, drain off most of the fat, add onions and garlic.  Saute til translucent.  Add the ground chiles, cumin, and oregano.  Saute for a few more minutes.  Add the tomatoes, and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.  Add the beer, and continue to simmer another 15 minutes or so, til you get the desired consistency
