3/4 c  Yogurt
      1 tb Chopped red onion
    1/2 tb Cgopped cucumber
      1 ts Mint flakes
    1/2 ts Marjoram
    1/2 ts Cumin
    1/2 ts Oregano
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Black pepper
    1/2 ts Red pepper
      1 tb Red wine
           Lettuce
           Tomato
  Assemble the above ingredients on grilled hamburgers and rolls.
  I was very impressed with how this sauce turned out.  I've never made
  anything like it before, but I tried it on my hamburger, and it tasted
  just like the sauce they use at On a Roll in Madison when they make
  their Souvlaki Beef Gyros. Mmmmm.
