Amount Ingredient Preparation
2 pounds fish fillets boneless, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 pound shrimp shelled
1 1/2 pound sea scallops
2 cups clams shucked
2 each tomatoes can (1 lb each)
1 cup white wine
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
 Place all ingredients in slow cooking pot: stir to blend and cover.  Cook on low about 3 hours.  Ladle into soup bowls to serve. 

Makes 6 to 8 servings
