2 1/2 c Diced ripe tomatoes
2 ea Scallions, chopped
4 oz Can mild green chiles, drain
1 ea Or 2 jalapeno peppers, chop
1 tb Chopped cilantro or parsley
1/2 ea Juice of lemon
1 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Salt
Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor. Pulse on
and off until the mixture is a coarse puree. Store in airtight
container in refrigerator.
