6 lb Single beef brisket 2 lg Onions, sliced 1 cl Garlic, minced 3/4 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Vinegar 1 c Catsup 1 c Water 1 tb Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Place brisket in heavy skillet and brown on all sides, add onion and garlic and brown. All other ingredients are now added simmered (covered) until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Randy Rigg
