Amount Ingredient Preparation
1 each chicken, whole cut up, fryer
1 each green bell pepper chopped
6 each green onions chopped
16 ounces tomatoes, canned undrained
6 ounces tomato paste one can
1/4 pound ham cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1 x hot pepper sauce to taste
1/2 pound smoked sausage sliced
3 cups rice cooked
 In the crockpot, combine the chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, ham, salt, and pepper sauce.  Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.  Turn control to high and add sausage and cooked rice. Cover and cook on high for 15 to 2 minutes.
