Amount Ingredient Preparation
2 large beef, flank steak
1 cup white wine dry
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons onion minced
1/4 teaspoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar, dark honey
10 1/2 ounces beef broth canned
1 Gingerroot gingerroot 1 inch, crushed
 Slice steaks diagonally across grain into 1/4- X 1-inch strips.

Place in large bowl.

Mix wine, soy sauce, onion, garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar,
broth and gingerroot.

Pour over meat and marinate 1 hour, turning 3 or 4 times.

Thread on skewers and grill over coals until done as desired.
