1 cn Vegetarian Refried Beans
-Rosarita brand (16oz can)
1 Pre-baked pizza/bread crust
-12-inch
1 c Rosarita Picante Sauce Mild
1/2 c Monterey Jack cheese
-shredded
1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cn Sliced black olives; drained
-2-1/4 oz. can
12 Nacho sliced Jalapeno pepper
-drained
1/4 c Sliced tomato
Chopped cilantro
Evenly spread beans over top of pizza/bread crust. Top with remaining
ingredients in order given, EXECPT tomato and cilantro. Bake at
450-degrees F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with
tomatoes and cilantro. Makes 4 servings. Additional toppings: sour
cream, diced green onions, guacamole and Rosarita salsa.
