Amount Ingredient Preparation
3 each onions sliced thinly
4 each apples peeled, cored, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 each chicken whole, cut up
 In 3 quart casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry powder.  Mix well.  Arrange chicken, skin down, over mixture.  Sprinkle generously with paprika. 

Bake uncovered at 4 degrees for about 45 minutes or in a crockpot for 6 hours on high heat
