3 tb EDEN Wakame Flakes
1/4 c EDEN Mirin
1 1/2 ts LIMA Sea Salt
1 Cucumber; thinly sliced
2 Oranges or tangerines
-- peeled and sliced
5 Red radishes
-- cut in half and sliced
1 Green onion; sliced
2 tb Sesame seeds, toasted
-- (use black sesame seeds
-- if available)
2 tb EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
Soak wakame in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and add
remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
Prep Time. 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
