Combine mayonnaise, 1-1/2 tablespoons cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Spread on top of bread. Place chicken breast on bread.
Layer tomatoes, avacado and Lorraine cheese.
Broil sandwich until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
