2 pounds beef, steak round, cut 1/2 inch thick
1 x garlic salt
1 x salt
1 x pepper
1 each onion thinly sliced
3-4 each potatoes peeled, quartered, optional
1 1/2 cup vegetable stock or chicken or beef
1 each green beans can, drained
1 each soup, tomato can
1 each tomatoes can
 Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Cut into serving pieces and place in crockpot with sliced onion which has been separated into rings. Add potatoes and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours. 

Remove cover during last half-hour if too much liquid
