Amount Ingredient Preparation
1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup raisins, seedless
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 x pepper freshly ground
1/4 teaspoon cloves ground
1/8 teaspoon mace
1 cup currant jelly
 Simmer the brown sugar and water together for 5 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add all remaining ingredients, and cook until jelly dissolves. Simmer an additional 1 minutes. Maybe made in advance and kept refrigerated until ready for use. Reheat slowly until simmering
