Direction and Ingredients
Amount Ingredient Preparation
1 each onion or 3 scallions, chopped
3 cups kale fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1/3 cup vegetable broth
3 cups rice cooked
8 cups water or vegetable broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup yeast, active dry nutrional
1 tablespoon tamari sauce or soy sauce
 In a large pot, saute onion, kale, and seasonings in 1/3 c vegetable broth over medium heat for 5 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 minutes longer.  Serve warm.
