Amount Ingredient Preparation
2 each eggs beaten
2/3 cups teriyaki sauce
4 each bread slices, cubed
1 1/2 pound beef ground
1/2 pound pork ground
1 each onion chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
 Combine eggs and 2/3 cup teriyaki baste & glaze in large bowl; stir in bread cubes.  Let stand 5 minutes, or until cubes are soft.  Mix in ground beef and pork, onion and chili powder until well blended.  Press firmly into 1 inch microwave-safe pie pan.  Microwave on High 2 minutes; rotate pan once.  Brush top of meat loaf with remaining teriyaki baste & glaze.  Microwave on High 5 minutes longer.  Let stand 5 minutes before serving
