Direction and Ingredients
Amount Ingredient Preparation
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons onion chopped
1 tablespoon garlic chopped
5 cups rice long-grain, cooked
1 cup tofu diced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
--- Garnish
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
1 cup cucumber sliced
2 tablespoons green chillies and red chilies,
1 x green onions
1 x lime cut into wedges
 Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add the garlic and stir-fry until both are golden.

Add the rice and the tofu and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Sprinkle

with soy sauce and white pepper.

Remove from heat and place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
